We’re up in Heady-Heaven today in Monterey, CA at the Cali Roots Festival. This weekend we’ll catch about fifteen more Jam in the Van Sessions, that we’ll eventually release right here on this site. Who knows where I’ll be when I set each one of the sessions free on the world. Today I’m at a table in my Pacific Inn hotel room, playing Sons of Bill and thinking how much it sounds like Phish. Maybe you’ll all agree, and by the time I’m posting the sessions from this Reggae fest, Sons of Bill will be this big thing in the Jam World, who knows… The only definites are the ones happening right now. So as I’ve said many times before, on this very website, it’s always good to have a soundtrack for all of those definite moments to come, especially one that sounds like Phish.
